Bartók fans, don't miss out on a special performance by Loon Lake Live tonight, August 1, at 8:30PM! The "house band" of the Saranac Laboratory Museum will be performing a new arrangement of Béla Bartók’s Viola Concerto, in addition to an old arrangement of WA Mozart’s Romance from Horn Concerto #4, and two fantastic string quartet pieces: Javier Alvarez’s Metro Chabacano and Jessie Montgomery’s Strum.
Conveniently, you can catch this and many other Loon Lake Live performances in the John Black Room of the Saranac Laboratory Museum. Learn more about the entire summer series on Loon Lake Live's website.
If you can't join them tonight in person, you can still watch a wonderful performance in partnership with Catherine Beeson on our YouTube channel.
