Forever Wild: Book Three of Adirondack Trilogy
When New York Assemblyman Cyrus Carter votes for 'Forever Wild' legislation in 1885 to preserve State land, the lumber companies resort to blackmail to prevent his reelection, almost wrecking his marriage. Cyrus’s sons are involved in a plot against the game warden of a Great Camp whose owner has forbidden the year-round residents to hunt or fish on its extensive lands. The plot ends with the murder of the owner’s daughter. Book three of the trilogy.
