Dedicate

A memorial brick

Since the patient memorial wall was created in 2009, over 100 bricks have been dedicated to patients. Funds have supported lab cabinet replicas and building repairs. With the main section of the wall filled, we are opening the surrounding areas for dedications.

To dedicate a brick for a patient, include the following information on the patient (if you have it) in the patient information field below: Full name (including maiden name if applicable); date of birth and death; occupation; years in Saranac Lake; where they stayed in Saranac Lake; hometown; your relationship to patient; any additional information. We will contact you to confirm your brick donation and request additional information and photographs as needed.

Patient information is entered into an online archive, and included on our memorial site. Check out our brick brochure for more information.
Historic Saranac Lake is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. Dues and other contributions are tax deductible as provided by law. You will receive a donation acknowledgement letter in the mail.
